Every entrepreneur engaged in the food and beverage industry are required to create an internal product supervision team to check distribution permits, expiration, and condition of packaging of their products in the market.

"It's very important to maintain product quality and increasingly foster consumer confidence," expressed Jakarta Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP) Agency Head, Adi Ariantara, Wednesday (5/8). 

According to him, each producer must provide quality goods thus consumers will get more protection and can consume healthy foods and drinks.

"This concerns the needs of the consumers with the producers," he explained.

Therefore his side routinely does supervision on food and beverage products.

"Our principle is doing guidance. If we see violation, surely there will be sanctions," he told.
